Moving a little bit a lot is better than moving a lot a little bit.
We always talk about movement and the importance of exercising but often times my clients ask how much should I be doing? And the answer of course is not simple because we're all built a bit different and our needs are different. However, a healthy generalization can be made here that exercising more routinely is better than exercising sporadically.
